Sinulog is an annual celebration everybody not just in the City of Cebu but all over the Philippines if not all over the world is looking forward to every 3rd Sunday of January for many foreign people are going to Cebu just to celebrate Sinulog. The word Sinulog is a Cebuano word which means sulog in english “like water current movement”. Sulog is the forward-backward movement of the sinulog dance.

Sinulog is a festivity of Cebu’s patron Sr. Santo Niño and if you say festivity there are lots of foods and dances. The very delicious lechon which is also a Cebu delicacy would of course be always there.

Houses also decorated the house and filled the Sto. Niño with flowers.

Millions of people are in the street to witness the Sinulog Mardigras.

During Sinulog You will do everything you can just to watch the street dancing.

Everybody is having so much fun watching the colorful costumes and watching the dancers do the sulog.

More street dancing photos.

Looking forward for Sinulog 2013.
