The famous comedy duo of this generation Jose Manalo and Wally Bayola will grace Cebu with laugh for their much awaited concert this coming Sinulog 2013. It will be at the Pacific Grand Ballroom, Waterfront Hotel Lahug, Cebu City on January 17, 2013.
