There are many beautiful beaches in the Philippines and you can see some of them in the island of Mactan in Cebu. One of the most prestigious hotel and resort in Cebu is Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel. You can view my recent posts about facts of Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel here.

As I mentioned above Costabella is a prestigious beach hotel because it is mark by the Department of Tourism as an AAA resort in the Philippines since 1998 and the resort now is running 31 years.

Let me share to you what I love about Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel

Family Oriented – unlike other resorts in Cebu or in the Philippines, Costabella is dedicated to maintain the ties and strengthen family relationship. They have activities for both children and adults and they can arrange activity for the whole family. They do not tolerate activities that they see is not good in the eyes of children.

Child friendly environment – since Costabella is a family oriented resort all amenities and facilities in the place is child friendly so you do not have to worry about your kids inside the resort and another thing is that the resort has a special place for kids with special learning activities that for sure your children would love.

Peaceful place – if you want to relax and chill in a quiet environment then Costabella is best for you. The place is quiet and peaceful and you cannot hear shouting around the resort. However, there are nightly activities but it is not that noisy. In my opinion, you can have fun without shouting.

Good Service – staff of the resort are cheerful and accommodating, even the managers in which we happened to meet during the CBSi monthly meet up are nice and approachable. Meeting them is not like meeting a person in position but you are like meeting a relative, perhaps a close aunt.

Aesthetically Perfect – the hotel has a Spanish structure and it can be seen through its building design. For art lover, the place is perfect for you because you are like visiting an art gallery. Paintings are all over the place like wherever you look at walls a painting is mounted in it. They have also a number of antiques all over the resort like old tables and chairs.

Truly pinoy massage – in my own opinion, nothing beats a true Filipino massage style and you can experience it at the resort. Lema Spa, which is the name of the spa centre in the resort offers Mindanao massage style a truly relaxing experienced you should experienced.

Yummy foods – you should try eating with your bare hands at the resort. They are offering the “kinamot” local word for eating with bare hands at an affordable price. All foods are delicious and you must try there bibingka.

Nice facilities and amenities – the resort has 2 big swimming pool, white beach, restaurant, spa, function room and kiddy room all in perfect condition.

Indeed Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel is no ordinary resort and for sure, you will not regret your stay at Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel.
