Cebu Air, Inc. is widely known as Cebu Pacific Air is the second largest airline in the Philippines next to Philippine Airlines. Booked flight in jan 13 for April Flight hkg to crk. Tiger changed to Cebu, flight changed chosen seats discarded by airline . Website will not accept seat change. Paid for premium but Cebu ignores, website tried 50 times have many itenaries all with wrong seats, cebu never answer telephone, hours on hold then auto disconnect. Never use this Airline
