But Cebu is not just the south and the north, there is also the western part that is yet to be explored. Today, let me guide you to the beauty of northwest Cebu.
Northern Cebu is not just rich with white sand beaches but also adventure parks that both kids and adult will surely enjoy. There is the biggest open zoo in the Philippines Cebu Safari Adventure Park in Carmen Cebu and now you will equally appreciate another Cebu adventure park the Danasan Eco Adventure Park.
Where is Danasan Eco Adventure Park located?
Danasan Eco Adventure Park is located in northern Cebu particularly in Danasan, Danao City. Danasan is 29km from Danao City proper and Danao City is 33km from Cebu City.
My most favorite activities in Danasan Eco Park are the speed or wheels adventure and the water activities. It is because I am afraid of heights, but guess what? I don’t drive and I don’t own any vehicle but the speed gets me going. I am a self-proclaimed made-for-speed motocross driver wannabe. The freedom to zoom on various terrain makes me alive.

When the husband and I decided to do a monthly hike or trek, we did not expect to do it in our own city of Danao. Personally, I was thinking of conquering trails of the southern part of Cebu and even Cebu City which has famous trail routes, but I did not know that it is more fun looking for new trail especially in your own place.
Each of us dreams to travel the world and see those iconic landmarks around the globe. Who would not want to glimpse the Eiffel tower or hear the ticking of Big Ben or witness the greatness of Taj Mahal. Sands Gateway Mall Danao
Recently Danao City in Cebu has opened its newest lifestyle mall which is connected to the latest Danao City Port Terminal. Sands Gateway Mall is the addition to the sprouting number of malls in Danao City. The mall has opened to the public last October 2017 and currently has several numbers of restaurants, and food & beverages kiosk.
