How many of you know how to swim? And how many of you do not? Swimming is one essential skill a person must try to learn. We have heard different news telling stories of death because of drowning. Many would love to learn how to swim because aside from safety this is a very good form of exercise. It is also said that swimming is the best form of exercise because all of your body parts are moving.

It is a fact that it is costly to pay for a swimming instructor though we have an option to just let our friend who knows how to swim teach us. The latter is okay because at least you will learn how to swim, but the difference is the swimming skill you will be learning. Lets accept the truth that the more skilled an instructor we have the more we learn.

It is a good thing that Philippine Red Cross Lapu-Lapu Cordova Chapter will have its Learn to Swim Training Program.

The program has two sessions for 5 days. There is a morning session which starts from 7:00am to 9:00am and afternoon session that will begin from 3:00pm until 5:00pm. There is a possibility to open for a night session. The program is open to all ages.

Registration Fee is 1,500.00 pesos inclusive of an International Accredited Certifications- Training Certificate, Philippine Red Cross Membership and Pool Entrance. Pool entrance for guardians/parents/yaya will be individually shouldered by them. Food is not included in the registration fee so better bring your own food.

This Learn to Swim Training Program is a good summer adventure for families and a good gathering and reunion for friends.
