For a long time I have been keeping this secret paradise of ours. It has been boyfie and I’s place of tranquility and is located in the Island of Camotes (Travel Guide: Camotes Island). The first time we set foot in this paradise, we immediately feel in love in the place. The reason why we have been here 3 times and in the island 5 times.

Mangodlong Paradise Resort Ground at Night

How to go to Mangodlong Paradise Resort

1. Public transport habalhabal or multicab is 50php from Port of Consuelo
2. The resort has arranged FREE shuttle from port if you have your reservations.

Mangodlong Paradise Resort Location

It is situated in sitio Mangudlong, barrangay Heminsulan, San Fancisco Camotes Island. Pretty complete huh. The resort is quiet famous so every local knows exactly where it is.

Things to do in the resort

What babe and I usually do is sit outside our Cabana room and just enjoy the peaceful view of well landscape ground. The Cabana room is facing the pool and the sea. We are always delighted by the tall coconut trees, the green ground, the blue sea and sky and of course the people enjoying their stay. We like reading books under the trees or in the hammock.

The Pool During the Day

Love to swim in the pool at night

During afternoon we dip in the cold infinity pool while listening to jazz music and in early mornings we bask at the white sand and the sea. In the evening we usually had our dinner prepared near the pool side and listen to acoustic and reggae renditions of local bands. Of course we also had fun riding kayaks and maybe try scuba diving in the near future.

Read under the coconut trees or swing in the hammock and let the time fly

Mangodlong Paradise Resort room for improvement

This is just an opinion of a frequent visitor. We do not mind paying much for the location because the ambiance is really nice, but we would highly appreciate if they would improve the quality of the food in the restaurant and the service as well. Example – make sure that food in the buffet is more than enough for all the guest so as not to have long time of waiting because there is no food in the table.

The Restaurant: Left – during day time, Right – during night time

My Personal Rating

Resort Service – 4/5
Resort Staff -5/5
Restaurant – 2/5
Amenities – 4/5
Safety – 5/5
Child Friendly – 5/5

We’ve stayed in Mangolodong Rock resort last time and can see some sections in Mangodlong Paradise.

This more like a virtual tour of the place. Will be back and will be trying this resort on our next visit.

Thanks Geemiz!

Your welcome Jerry. Camotes is a lovely island that we wanted to keep on visiting.
